Class is in session! Join us for Night School - unique classes and workshops from Winnipeg people and organizations Wednesdays this summer.
The self-defence workshop from Larry McKinnon from Buffalo First Aid and Self Defence covers practical techniques designed for real-world situations. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, participants will leave with skills and confidence they can use in everyday life.
